If you need help paying for your care, including Medicare premiums, deductibles, and copays, you may be eligible for income-based assistance through your state’s Medicaid office. See a Medicaid official in your state for more information.

If you need help paying for prescriptions, income-based assistance is available through the Social Security Administration’s Medicare Extra Help program. For more information or to see if you qualify, visit ssa.gov.
